About The Position

The Esthetician delivers customized skin care consultations, develops treatment plans, and performs esthetic services while educating clients on at-home care and additional therapies. The role combines skin health expertise with client education and retail recommendations to help clients achieve results and contribute to studio success.

The Esthetician performs facials, body treatments, and other esthetic services; recommends products and Restore therapies; and supports studio operations, outreach, promotions, and membership growth. The position also requires accurate client documentation and adherence to safety, sanitation, and compliance standards, while maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment.

This is an hourly, full-time position serving the Winter Park and Dr Phillips locations. Compensation starts at $17, with commission and bonus opportunities. Full availability is required. The role reports to the General Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Esthetician license in the applicable state.
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional esthetician.
• Passion for excellent client care and skin health outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-service orientation, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Full availability required.

Nice To Haves

• Cryoskin certification.
• Hydrafacial certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultations and design treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Perform high-quality facials, body treatments, and esthetic services with professionalism and care.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to support optimal results.
• Demonstrate expertise in skin health products and technologies.
• Recommend retail products and cross-sell Restore therapies to enhance results and extend benefits beyond the studio.
• Support studio operations, including tours, member check-ins, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Contribute to community outreach, promotions, and membership growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments and progress.
• Ensure esthetic services follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Model professionalism and uphold Restore’s mission, values, and culture.
