About The Position

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is an efficient, results-focused facial bar offering affordable skincare services in a modern, inclusive environment. The brand specializes in facials, lashes, brows, and skincare, and aims to create confidence through innovative services, expert techniques, and results-driven treatments. The FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert is at the center of the guest experience, providing professional skincare services, sharing product knowledge, and making personalized recommendations to help guests reach their skin goals. The role combines skincare services with guest care, sales, appointment and studio support, and ongoing learning. The successful candidate is passionate about skincare, motivated by results, dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment as both an independent contributor and a collaborative team member.

Requirements

Active state Esthetician License, or a Cosmetology License if permitted by state regulations.
Hardworking, dependable, motivated, and eager to grow.
Genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and helping people feel their best.
Ability to connect with guests and build lasting relationships.
Clear, professional, and warm communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently while contributing to a team.
Willingness to learn, develop skills, and stay current in the beauty industry.
Comfort with retail and service recommendations as part of the guest experience.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing, or brow tinting; or enthusiasm for learning these services.

Responsibilities

Deliver standout customer service while representing FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s energy and brand standards.
Work toward and exceed individual and store sales goals.
Manage appointments and assist the front desk with organization and attention to detail.
Educate guests about services, memberships, and skincare products.
Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products in a personalized manner.
Support daily operations, front desk tasks, and the overall flow of the studio.
Monitor inventory, communicate low-stock items, and help keep the team prepared and stocked.
Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio that reflects the brand.
Follow company policies, procedures, scheduling, and timekeeping expectations.
Attend required training, team meetings, and ongoing education.
Follow sanitation, hygiene, safety, and board compliance standards.
Build relationships with guests and help them feel cared for and confident in their skin.
Provide skincare services and pursue opportunities to develop skills in services such as dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing, and brow tinting.
