About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager. The role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping stylists succeed. You will continue working behind the chair while encouraging and motivating the team, helping keep the salon organized, and developing leadership skills. Management experience is not always required; the position can be a path toward Salon Manager or other leadership roles. Training in management and operations is provided through Great Clips University (GCU), with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements
