Join a locally owned Great Clips salon as an Assistant Salon Manager. Salon technology, including Online Check-In and the Great Clips App, helps streamline salon tasks. Great Clips salons are independently owned and operated by franchisees, who are responsible for hiring and personnel matters.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License; requirements vary by state or province.
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service.
• A team-first mindset and a desire to encourage and support others.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude.
• Organization, flexibility, and a desire to help keep the salon running smoothly.
• An interest in growing leadership skills and taking on more responsibility.
