The District Sales Manager will be a remote employee in the Chicagoland/Illinois market, representing the Mac Tools team. The primary goal is to achieve the annual operating plan by working with distributors to increase route averages and recruit new distributors into the territory. This role involves significant field work, including conducting work-with sessions (truck ride-alongs) 3-4 days per week to coach and support distributors. New franchisee training, including a 2-week ride-along, and completing field start processes for new distributors are also key responsibilities. The manager will conduct monthly Field Excellence Meetings for the entire district, participate in Student Tech shows, manage regional credits and adjustments, and perform route surveys for new starts and as requested by the Regional Manager.
