About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 7+ years of related work experience
• 3 years of work experience managing a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Computer skills using Microsoft office suite
• Ability to retrieve and enter information to/from a database and create reports
• Proven ability to build strong customer and vendor relationships
• Ability to understand market conditions and products
• Ability to recognize opportunities

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
• Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations
• Prioritize work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
• Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
• Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures)
• Forecast budget expectations monthly
• Facilitate employee safety training
• Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
• Perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
