Your Responsibilities: As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll work closely with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations and support residents, vendors, and your fellow team members. In the Property Manager’s absence, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the property runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks, supporting resident relations, processing rent payments and deposits, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors and contractors, assisting with leasing and renewals, and ensuring compliance with community policies and company procedures. Throughout it all, you’ll help deliver a positive living experience for our residents while keeping operations running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of on-site multifamily property management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi or similar)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Willingness to complete Tonti University training assignments

Responsibilities
