About The Position

Responsibilities

• Promote Membership benefits and the value of company products and services; process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; participate in sales and marketing events; and work toward Membership goals.
• Maintain Facility safety by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, using proper forklift-spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following steel standard guidelines, and correcting or reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling and scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, verifying order and invoice accuracy, securing orders until pickup, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; recommending improvements; and adapting to change and feedback.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics and integrity standards, including implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Support a culture of belonging, teamwork, trust, effective communication, mentoring, accountability, integrity, customer service, continuous improvement, and learning.
