About The Position

This position is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and providing an easy, friendly pickup experience. The Personal Shopper receives daily workflow through a dashboard, shops and verifies products throughout the store, prepares and stages orders, and supports curbside pickup and payment collection. The role also helps maintain customer satisfaction, food safety, and a clean, organized pickup area. Training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide remarkable service in the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
