About The Position

The Personal Shopper, also referred to as a Digital Clerk, fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and helps create an accurate, friendly, and convenient pickup experience. The role involves selecting and verifying products throughout the store, preparing and staging orders, and supporting curbside pickup and payment collection. The position also contributes to customer loyalty and satisfaction through courteous service, attention to detail, and collaboration with store colleagues and leadership.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous service in the curbside pickup area by accurately fulfilling orders and collecting payment during the carside experience.
Greet customers in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag them according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
