About The Position

This position is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and creating a smooth pickup experience. The Personal Shopper, also described as a Digital Clerk, shops orders quickly and accurately, provides courteous customer service, and helps ensure orders are ready for pickup on time. The role involves working throughout the store and at the curbside pickup area, using technology to receive and fulfill orders, and following procedures for product selection, bagging, staging, and food safety.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven, with the ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience.
Past cashier experience.
Past online ordering experience.

Responsibilities

Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection during the carside experience.
Greet customers courteously in person and over the phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
