About The Position
Our office, Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience as front desk representative with dental experience.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- A high school diploma.
- Desires to help your patients.
Responsibilities
- Making a positive and lasting first impression.
- Bridging the gap between customer obsession and clerical management.
- Dealing with complaints and giving accurate information.
- Making guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit.
- Welcoming patients to the dental office.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
- Check, sort and forward emails.
- Keep updates records and files.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
- Work full-time from Monday-Friday.
- Facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
