Court Operations Manager I

About The Position
Manages a variety of functions associated with the effective operation of the Community Court Division, including diversion programming, case management services, competency evaluation coordination, homeless services, community outreach, and other specialty court initiatives. Supervises staff, directs program operations, develops policies and procedural guidelines, and provides training and guidance for employees. Oversees grant-funded programs, contractual service providers, and community partnerships while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsible for program planning, operational performance, data reporting, budget monitoring, and quality assurance. Provides exceptional customer service to court participants, judicial officers, stakeholders, community partners, and the public. Manages assigned program areas through subordinate staff. Develop operating plans and program objectives. Plans for the talent needs of the division and develop employees through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
