Neuralink is creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain. The Implant Assembly team builds brain-computer interface implants on the Austin production line, working through the build process from array bonding to sealing, cleaning, inspection, and acceptance testing. The team collaborates with Microfabrication, Shipping & Receiving, Quality, and R&D to deliver high-quality implants on schedule. The Manufacturing Material Coordinator owns material flow for the implant assembly line so operators can focus on building implants. The coordinator ensures stations have the required parts, fixtures, and supplies before shifts begin, maintains accurate inventory records, and works across teams to prevent material shortages from interrupting production. The position is onsite in Austin, Texas, and requires arriving before the production shift, with occasional extended hours or weekends based on production needs.
