About The Position

The Marketing Associate - EMEA plays a vital role in expanding Rhythm Healthcare’s brand presence across European markets. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing with a dotted line to the General Manager EMEA for strategic direction, this role bridges global marketing strategy and localized execution. The Associate will develop marketing materials, manage digital and brand content, support event logistics, engage key patient and provider communities, and assist with web internationalization initiatives. The ideal candidate blends content creation skills with a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex medical device concepts into engaging, market-appropriate content.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email marketing, digital content) is required.
  • Strong ability to define content structure, storyboards, and messaging frameworks, working effectively with external graphic designers for visual execution.
  • Deep understanding of European business cultures, healthcare systems, and regional communication nuances.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines across time zones.
  • Strategic problem-solver who combines creative content development with data-driven performance tracking.
  • Master’s Degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification (highly recommended).
  • HubSpot Content Hub Certification (highly recommended).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and campaign development.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • Proven track record of developing, launching, and managing integrated B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple channels—including email marketing, targeted landing pages, digital/print advertising, direct mail, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience structuring campaign assets from copy creation to conversion optimization, working seamlessly with external designers and agency partners to bring assets to market.
  • Direct, hands-on experience using HubSpot as a primary marketing automation and landing page builder to manage lists, deploy campaigns, and track performance.
  • Professional experience or a strong demonstrated interest in healthcare, medical devices, or respiratory care.
  • Demonstrated European market sensibility and readiness to work remotely with a 6-hour time zone difference (incorporating shared working hours with US leadership).

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in German; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BigCommerce platform or multi-regional website localization projects.
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing Rhythm Healthcare’s annual global marketing plan across EMEA markets.
  • Develop marketing materials, messaging, and collateral for local European preferences, languages, and regulatory nuances.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and healthcare communication best practices within Europe.
  • Maintain and update local database records and contact information within HubSpot.
  • Conceptualize, write, and structure content for digital/printed brochures, promotional items, product literature, sales enablement tools, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with external graphic design resources to execute final layouts and design assets.
  • Manage direct marketing communications targeting providers, physicians, and patient populations.
  • Support the ongoing promotion and market exposure of Rhythm Reach initiatives.
  • Support website content updates and maintain digital assets.
  • Contribute to Phase 2 of the BigCommerce website roll-out by helping internationalize site architecture, navigation, and localized copy.
  • Leverage HubSpot to build, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns and CRM workflows.
  • Assist in the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows, congresses, and professional healthcare events across Europe.
  • Coordinate promotional materials, booth assets, and pre/post-event marketing outreach.
  • Provide on-site support at select industry events as required.
  • Help develop targeted communication campaigns for oxygen therapy users, promoting mobility and active lifestyles.
  • Craft messaging tailored to active, athletic, working-age, and younger oxygen-dependent patient demographics.
  • Contribute to the daily management and growth of localized social media channels and patient community forums.
  • Conduct targeted market research and competitive analysis within key EMEA regions.
  • Track marketing performance metrics across digital and offline campaigns, preparing regular reports for leadership.
  • Assist in preparing presentation decks and business performance updates for management review.
