About The Position

Responsibilities

• Own Logis Billing implementations from kickoff to handoff, maintaining a dated project plan with current health, risks, and next steps each week.
• Lead discovery of the customer’s current billing processes, payers, fee schedules, codes, clearinghouse, and reports.
• Raise project risks early to the team lead and customer, and develop a recovery plan.
• Configure Logis Billing according to configuration standards, including payers, fee schedules, codes, claim rules, clearinghouse enrollment, remittance, and posting.
• Plan and check data conversions to ensure open balances and history arrive correctly.
• Run the user acceptance testing checklist with the customer and obtain sign-off before go-live.
• Train customer billers and office staff on their daily workflows.
• Support customers through their first billing cycles until claims and payments are flowing.
• Hand off customers to Logis Billing support in Customer Care for tickets and to Customer Success for the ongoing relationship.
• Log time in real time, by customer and type of work, as each issue or task is completed.
• Follow the implementation playbook, document lessons learned, and ask for help early when a project starts to slip.
