About The Position

Stensul is hiring an Implementation & Workflow Consultant to lead implementations and design AI-driven workflows for enterprise customers. Working in a forward-deployed model, the consultant partners with customers from discovery through launch and beyond, configuring Stensul integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities, automating workflow bottlenecks, and helping customers increase the value they get from the platform. The role sits within the Success Services team and reports to the Director of Professional Services. The consultant works with customers before and after sales to define specifications, functionality, and workflows, then designs solutions to support how their teams build email. The role collaborates closely with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, Product, and Engineering, and acts as a bridge between customer needs, the platform, and the product roadmap. The position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the NYC office. Compensation is a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 plus variable compensation.
