About The Position

Requirements

• 2-year technical degree (mechanical, electrical, or machine tool technology) or equivalent military technical experience or demonstrated experience in the maintenance field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with PLCs is a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings/schematics.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools (gauges, test indicators, force meters).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on CNC machinery.
• Perform post-installation testing to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Conduct on-site training for customer operators on machine function, maintenance, and safety.
• Accurately log service activity, diagnostics, parts, and resolutions.
• Manage a regional travel schedule with regular overnight stays to support customer sites.
