This role serves as a key gatekeeper and coordinator, requiring discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize across competing demands. The EA is expected to be proactive and anticipatory, managing complex logistics and enabling leaders to stay focused on their highest priorities. We believe that being together in person better equips us to respond to dynamic business and technology needs. Our current hybrid model—four days in the office and one day remote—supports collaboration while offering thoughtful flexibility.
