About The Position

This role provides administrative support for ministry executives, including the Ministry Market CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and the Chief Advocacy Officer. The Senior Executive Assistant will support the executive office by managing a complex, high-volume calendar and coordinating seamless travel, meetings, and special events, ensuring the executives remain focused on organizational priorities. This role also coordinates Board of Director activities by overseeing meeting logistics, catering, preparing agendas, and document distribution, providing a professional experience for governing leaders. Additionally, the position involves documenting key decisions by attending board and management meetings to record minutes and maintain official records, serving as a trusted guardian of institutional information. The Senior Executive Assistant will also support executive messaging by coordinating the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring leaders are equipped with the right materials to communicate effectively across the system.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Proven Administrative Experience: Prior track record directly supporting organizational leadership, including complex calendar and schedule management.
  • Professional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication tailored for high-level interactions with key stakeholders, leaders, and team members.
  • Critical Thinking & High-Level Organization: Exceptional organizational skills coupled with sound critical thinking to independently solve problems, prioritize competing demands, and keep operations running smoothly.
