About The Position
Join Our Team as a District Clinical Nurse Manager at Ocean Beach Health! At Ocean Beach Health, we are a mission-driven non-profit dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care to our community. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will help shape the direction of patient care, support and develop staff, and drive initiatives that elevate outcomes across our organization. As a non-profit organization, you may also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of five years of hospital nursing experience.
- Formal training in nursing leadership or demonstrated leadership experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or TEAM certification, as applicable.
- Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and model self-direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains all required licensure and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provides operational and clinical leadership for designated nursing departments, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and effective supervision of nursing personnel.
