About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking a District Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our District Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. Works closely with store employees to ensure the daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policies. Haffner’s is committed to providing a positive work environment, coupled with excellent training and advancement opportunities. Requirements

  • Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store setting.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple store locations.
  • Understanding of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and store layout
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to retail operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve store performance.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license is required for flexibility to travel daily between store locations.
  • This is an exempt position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week.
  • The Candidate must be available for a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends as the business dictates.
  • A significant amount of travel between stores is required.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the operations of multiple convenience store locations within a designated district.
  • Hiring, training, and developing store managers and staff.
  • Setting and achieving sales and profitability goals for each store.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
