Loan Originators must meet applicable LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies, including financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background standards. A credit report may be reviewed, excluding the credit score, and additional ongoing screening may apply. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The stated base pay range is $37.50–$67.31; pay may vary based on prior performance, skills, experience, and work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
