Requirements

  • High work ethic
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Work in hot/dirty conditions
  • Comfortable standing, kneeling, and crawling
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in hot or dirty environments and climb ladders as needed
  • An excellent attendance record
  • A "get it done" attitude
  • Ability to complete required safety training for confined spaces and equipment use

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning or heavy labor is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the paint booth stations and surrounding areas using approved industrial cleaners.
  • Act as a specialized Sanitation Worker by removing paint overspray from windows, ceilings, and concrete.
  • Perform deep-cleaning projects, including lifting metal grates and mucking out flood sheets.
  • Serve as a vital Custodian for the facility by operating pressure washers, hydraulic scrapers, and replacing filters in confined spaces.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out and ladder safety.
