About The Position

The Custodian Technician Floater maintains clean, professional office environments across retail branches. This hands-on, service-oriented role primarily performs routine cleanings independently while supporting a team-focused environment. The position is full-time, year-round, with consistent hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with overtime available. Pay is listed as $22–$24 per hour in one section and $22–$23 per hour in another; actual pay depends on factors including budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience. The company provides a vehicle and gas card for business use only, an iPhone and iPad, tools and cleaning supplies, a uniform, shoes, and seasonal gear. Responsibilities

Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
Respond to service requests, prioritize work-order response, and close work orders upon completion while minimizing call backs.
Communicate pleasantly and professionally with internal and external customers.
Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Perform vehicle maintenance as required.
