About The Position

The Custodian Technician maintains clean, professional office environments across retail branches. This hands-on, service-oriented position focuses primarily on independently completing routine cleanings while contributing to a team-focused environment. The role is full-time, year-round, with consistent hours. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with overtime available. The company provides a vehicle and gas card for business use only, as well as an iPhone, iPad, tools, cleaning supplies, a uniform including shoes, and seasonal gear. The stated pay range is $22–$24 per hour; actual pay depends on factors including budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience. Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Demonstrated customer service skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Competence using an iPad and iPhone.
Ability to plan and prioritize workload and work independently.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
Respond to service requests, prioritize work-order response, and close out work orders upon completion while minimizing callbacks.
Communicate pleasantly and professionally with internal and external customers.
Wear the company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Perform vehicle maintenance as required.
