About The Position

The Custodian Technician maintains clean and professional office environments across retail branches. This hands-on, service-oriented role focuses primarily on independent routine cleaning while supporting a team-focused environment. The position is full-time, year-round, with consistent hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week; overtime is available. The salary range is $22–$23 per hour, with actual pay based on factors including budget, work location, relevant skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrate customer service skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Competently use an iPad and iPhone.
• Plan and prioritize workload and work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Respond to service requests, prioritize work-order response, and close out work orders upon completion while minimizing call backs.
• Communicate pleasantly and professionally with internal and external customers.
• Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform vehicle maintenance as required.
