About The Position

The Custodian Technician maintains clean, professional office environments across retail branches. This hands-on, service-oriented position primarily involves independently performing routine cleanings while supporting a team-focused environment. The role is full-time and year-round, with consistent hours. A company vehicle and gas card are provided for business use only, along with an iPhone, iPad, tools, cleaning supplies, uniform, shoes, and seasonal gear.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with overtime available. The pay range is $22–$23 per hour; actual pay depends on factors including budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated customer-service skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Competent use of an iPad and iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Respond to service requests, prioritize work-order responses, and close out work orders upon completion while minimizing callbacks.
• Communicate pleasantly and professionally with internal and external customers.
• Wear the company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform vehicle maintenance as required.
