About The Position

Environmental Services Technicians keep KETCH properties and facilities clean and attractive by providing general cleaning of offices, work areas, and restrooms. The role involves working independently and taking pride in maintaining clean, secure facilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Snow and ice removal may be required as needed during extreme weather. Hiring is immediate.

Requirements

• At least six months of previous custodial or janitorial work experience.
• Working knowledge of the safe and proper use of custodial equipment, materials, and chemicals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Stable work history and references.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or one-quarter of total body weight, whichever is less.
• Ability to pass the required company drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, work areas, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, scrub, dust, and dispose of trash.
• Maintain adequate supplies.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure facilities are secure.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as needed during extreme weather.
