About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist a client in Natick. The role focuses on helping the client feel comfortable and cared for while supporting their daily needs and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The schedule may include morning, evening, or weekend hours, with flexible scheduling and local clients.
Requirements
- Must have HHA or CNA certification, or complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other hygiene tasks.
- Encourage mobility and adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range-of-motion exercises and walking.
- Assist clients with transfers from bed to chair and repositioning according to their care plans, including pressure-point care.
- Prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs.
- Remind clients to take their medications.
- Provide continence care.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, including laundry and trash removal.
- Complete grocery shopping for clients who can drive.
