About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. The role provides one-on-one care to male and female clients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Morning shifts are available on weekdays and/or weekends. Compensation is $17.00–$18.25 per hour, depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA status, with a minimum of $27.50 per shift. The role includes training, ongoing support, and opportunities for additional training. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship to clients.
Assist with personal hygiene, including peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes.
Perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals.
Transport clients to appointments or outings.
Provide medication reminders.

Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
