About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to support seniors and adults with disabilities in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The role provides one-on-one care for male and female clients during morning shifts on weekdays and/or weekends.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship to clients.
Assist with personal hygiene, including peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes.
Perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals.
Transport clients to appointments or outings.
Provide medication reminders.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA; minimum $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
Generous bonus after 60 days for employees working 20 or more hours per week who complete required documents.
Mileage reimbursement between client visits when visits are under one hour apart.
