About The Position

The Overnight Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and the gym floor; replenishing locker-room supplies and paper products; reporting broken or missing amenities and equipment to the Club Manager; and following the Lost and Found Policy by promptly turning in members’ property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Requirements

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work third shift.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions and use appropriate behavior and language.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Custodial experience.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and the gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with appropriate supplies and paper products.
• Report broken or missing amenities and equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow the Lost and Found Policy and immediately turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
