About The Position
As a Commercial Cleaner with ServiceMaster Clean, you’ll help create cleaner, healthier environments for customers. The role involves routine cleaning, using ServiceMaster products and tools, and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment. On-the-job training is provided to people with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The position is full-time, with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for up to 100% of the work period.
- Ability to work flexibly and at a fast pace in a multitasked job.
- Dependability and punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
- Use ServiceMaster products and tools to achieve spotless results.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and punctual.
- Treat coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect.
