About The Position
As a Commercial Custodian with ServiceMaster Clean, you’ll help create cleaner, healthier, and safer environments for customers. The role involves routine commercial cleaning and care of cleaning supplies and equipment. On-the-job training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for up to 100% of the time.
- Ability to work flexibly and at a fast pace in a multitasked job.
- Dependability and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
- Use ServiceMaster products and tools to achieve clean results.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and on time.
- Treat coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect.
