About The Position
ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a Commercial Custodian to help create cleaner, healthier, and safer environments for customers. The role involves performing commercial cleaning tasks, using ServiceMaster products and tools, and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment. On-the-job training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The position is full-time, with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multitasked job.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Treat coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, dust, clean restrooms, and remove trash.
- Use ServiceMaster products and tools to achieve cleaning results.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and punctual.
- Treat coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect.
