About The Position
DiBella’s is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Production Coordinator to coordinate and oversee catering production and help ensure events are executed accurately and to high standards. The coordinator prepares catering orders, makes deliveries to catering clients, conducts follow-up and account-maintenance calls, helps generate new catering business, and assists clients with placing orders. The role includes training on the catering menu, sales procedures, delivery needs, and making subs. The position involves working with customers and coworkers to provide a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and hospitality.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Vehicle with current registration and insurance.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
