About The Position

DiBella’s is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Catering Production Coordinator to coordinate catering production and help ensure events are executed accurately and to high standards. The role includes preparing catering orders, delivering them to clients, making follow-up and account-maintenance calls, helping generate catering business for the restaurant, and assisting clients with placing orders. The coordinator receives training on the catering menu, sales procedures, and delivery needs, as well as on preparing subs. The position involves working with customers and co-workers to provide a strong dining experience. Shifts are primarily daytime Tuesday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee catering production for events.
• Prepare catering orders and ensure clients receive accurate orders.
• Deliver catering orders to clients.
• Make follow-up calls and account-maintenance calls.
• Help drive new catering business to the restaurant.
• Assist clients with placing catering orders.
• Learn and prepare items from the restaurant’s menu and follow catering sales and delivery procedures.
