About The Position

DiBella’s is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Catering Production Coordinator to coordinate catering production and help ensure events are executed accurately and to high standards. The coordinator prepares catering orders, makes deliveries, follows up with clients, performs account maintenance calls, helps generate catering business, and assists clients with placing orders. The role includes training on the catering menu, sales procedures, and delivery needs, as well as learning to make subs. The company seeks someone with customer-service and hospitality experience who enjoys working with customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in customer service and hospitality is sought.
