We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Business Manager for our CT and DXR modalities, who will manage a diverse and complex product portfolio primarily supporting our customers in Western Canada. Your role: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging deep technical and clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust. Lead and own the business with a proactive and customer-centric approach to drive customer success, financial growth, and long-term relationships. Support the Account Manager (AM)/Account Executive (AE) in the sales process, from solution definition and design to proposing tailored solutions that address specific customer needs while identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory. Provide Marketing with valuable insights into sales tools, pricing issues, and competitive threats, ensuring they can best support the sales team with up-to-date and relevant resources. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on CT and DXR products, leveraging your technical knowledge to support the AM/AE in addressing customer needs and challenges. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field based role. We are a health technology company.
