About The Position

TRICOR, LLC is seeking a Business Account Manager to service and support business clients. The role combines client relationship management, insurance knowledge, and organizational skills to provide day-to-day service and support long-term client success. Account Managers work collaboratively with specialists and professionals, build relationships with clients and insurance partners, and help clients understand coverages, risks, and solutions. The role also includes representing TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level client service and focus on retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
• Manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems.
• Review and evaluate new and existing accounts.
• Complete and submit applications.
• Update or add new coverage based on client requests.
• Pursue continuous learning to expand product knowledge and service effectiveness.
• Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.
