About The Position

TRICOR, LLC is seeking a Business Account Manager to join its team at a Wisconsin office. Account Managers support business clients by combining client relationship management, insurance knowledge, and organizational skills to provide day-to-day service and support long-term client success. Responsibilities

• Provide high-level client service and focus on retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
• Manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems.
• Review and evaluate new and existing accounts.
• Complete and submit applications.
• Update or add new coverage based on client requests.
• Pursue continuous learning to expand product knowledge and service effectiveness.
• Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.
