Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor moves, then turn insights into target-account plans. Conduct in-depth market mapping to understand regulatory landscape, competitive environment, cultural nuances, and customer needs in target emerging countries or regions. Provide structured market feedback to leadership on demand patterns, product gaps, and competitive tactics to shape roadmap and investment decisions in emerging markets. Provide sales with market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer personas. Collect feedback to inform product localization and service improvements.
