Working across internal departments and with clients and external vendors, the Program Manager aligns stakeholders, resolves implementation challenges, and ensures operational readiness for delivery of products, programs, and services in compliance with RCI’s contractual obligations. The role also analyzes and reports on Business Development metrics, communicates progress and risks to stakeholders, and develops processes and documentation that improve consistent execution. The candidate should disclose travel limitations during the application process. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Employees joining from outside the industry must obtain individual membership in ARDA, learn about RCI and relevant industry products and services, pass the required ARDA Education Institute assessment, and maintain familiarity with ARDA International Foundation research.
