As an Account Manager, Brand Partnerships, you will play a strategic role reporting to the Brand Partnerships Manager by developing customized marketing plans for our suppliers. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partner brands, managing sales, planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and digital media.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail and partnerships
  • Strong presentation skills, strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to communicate persuasively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
  • Basic proficiency in French is imperative for all positions, given our operating context in Quebec.
  • Positions involving exchanges with customers or external parties located outside Quebec require proficiency in English as an essential requirement.

  • We will also give priority to candidates residing in Montreal during the recruitment process. However, we may consider recruiting talents from outside the region to ensure the quality and diversity of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sell tailored marketing plans to partner brands within agreed timelines.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to foster effective collaborations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with market trends and available inventory.
  • Identify growth opportunities through site placements or other channels.
  • Oversee content production including the creation of short films in collaboration with partner brands and creative teams.
  • Travel to organize and produce short films on location.
  • Sell advertising placements to cover the production costs of Altitude Sports’ annual magazine.
  • Meet ambitious seasonal sales targets by aligning marketing strategies with key periods of the year.
  • Manage the planning and briefing of all paid marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns to provide insights and key results.
