About The Position

Requirements

• Recent automotive Service Advisor experience
• Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc.)
• Resilience, the ability to overcome objections
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment
• Desire to succeed by listening to the needs of the customer
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

• New to the industry individuals will be trained, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the automotive services and repairs needed for their vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other employees in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
