About The Position

Berlin City Honda is hiring an Automotive Express Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for customers in the express service lane. The role coordinates quick maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, while providing timely, accurate, and friendly customer communication and care. The position offers starting pay of $20.00 per hour, training and mentorship for career growth, recognition programs and performance-based rewards, and a flexible schedule. Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical terms to customers.
• Professional, driven, and committed to a career in automotive service.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet express service customers and review their maintenance needs.
• Explain technician-recommended services to customers in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorizations.
• Keep customers informed about service status and timing expectations.
• Ensure vehicles move through the express service lane efficiently and on time.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
