Requirements

  • Experienced B-Level Automotive Technician
  • ASE A4 Suspension and/or A5 Brakes certification
  • ASE A6 Electrical Systems certification
  • ASE A7 Heating and Air Conditioning certification
  • Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
  • Experience performing advanced brake, suspension, and HVAC repairs
  • Ability to complete thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections
  • Positive attitude and strong team mindset
  • Pride in delivering quality workmanship and honest service

Nice To Haves

  • Obtaining ASE A1 Engine Repair
  • Obtaining ASE A2 Automatic Transmission / Transaxles
  • Obtaining ASE A3 Manual Drive Train and Axles
  • Obtaining ASE A8 Engine Performance

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections and repairs
  • Diagnose and repair advanced brake and braking system issues
  • Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
  • Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to accurately identify vehicle needs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services and flush services
  • Perform tire service, rotations, repairs, and TPMS service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to ensure accurate repairs and excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a minimum of 75% labor productivity when comparing attendance hours to invoiced hours
