Requirements

• Previous accounting or finance experience.
• Verifiable General Ledger accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and information.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive accounting experience.
• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances to support accurate and timely payment processing.
• Review outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, billing inquiries, and account adjustments.
• Maintain accounts receivable accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
• Review and reconcile accounting schedules for accuracy.
• Perform General Ledger accounting functions, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support management and other team members with accounting-related tasks.
