About The Position

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Superior critical-thinking skills to identify challenges creatively and develop action plans in a timely manner.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
• Two to three years of previous visual display and merchandising experience or management experience.
• Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items weighing up to 75 pounds while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Full-time associates are expected to have open availability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all visual aspects of the business, including visual displays, merchandising, and floorset execution.
• Identify business opportunities, develop and execute strategies, and protect company assets.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the store to achieve world-class service standards.
• Coach staff on customer service successes and challenges.
• Attract, retain, and develop visual and display talent.
• Create and ensure a positive environment where associates are treated fairly and with dignity.
• Support the management team in achieving goals and ensure appropriate staff coverage through store supervision.
• Implement visual changes and maintain store standards.
